1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using DentalCarePro ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including clinic owners, doctors, receptionists, and other staff members who access the platform under your account.

2. Service Description

DentalCarePro is a web-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that provides dental clinic management tools including patient records management, appointment scheduling, GST billing and invoicing, inventory management, treatment planning, OPD management, reports and analytics, and related features.

The Service is designed for use by licensed dental professionals and their staff in India. DentalCarePro does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations.

3. Account Registration & Responsibilities

To use DentalCarePro, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information.
• Keep your login credentials confidential and not share them with unauthorised persons.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account.
• Ensure all staff members using your account comply with these Terms.
• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must be at least 18 years old and a licensed dental professional (or authorised representative of a dental clinic) to create an account.

4. Subscription & Payment

DentalCarePro is offered on a subscription basis. Subscription fees are charged in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the plan you select. Payments are processed securely via Razorpay.

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes where stated.
• Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• We will notify you at least 30 days in advance of any price changes.
• Failed payments may result in temporary suspension of your account.
• We do not store payment card details — all payment data is handled by Razorpay.

5. Free Trial

All plans include a free 14-day trial. No credit card is required to start the trial. At the end of the trial period, you must choose a paid plan to continue using the Service. If you do not subscribe, your account will be deactivated and your data will be retained for 30 days, after which it will be deleted.

6. Data Ownership

All data you enter into DentalCarePro — including patient records, clinic information, billing data, and inventory data — belongs to you. DentalCarePro does not claim any ownership over your data.

You can export your data at any time from within the platform (Excel/PDF). We will never sell your data to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle your data.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use DentalCarePro to:

• Violate any applicable Indian or international law or regulation.
• Enter false, misleading, or fraudulent patient or billing information.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' accounts or our systems.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
• Use the Service in a way that could damage, disable, or impair it.
• Resell or sub-license the Service without our written permission.

8. Uptime & Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of the DentalCarePro platform. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, unexpected outages, or factors beyond our control.

SLA-backed uptime guarantees are available on the Enterprise plan only. All other plans are provided on a best-effort basis.

9. Limitation of Liability

DentalCarePro is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DentalCarePro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of business opportunity arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the 3 months immediately preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time from within the platform or by contacting us via WhatsApp. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or fail to pay subscription fees. We will provide reasonable notice before termination where possible.

Upon termination, you will have 30 days to export your data. After 30 days, all data will be permanently deleted from our systems.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification at least 15 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
